I went outside and fed the cows some hay.
Trying to figure out how to get rid of this stupid post-nasal drip that is making my throat itch and triggering coughing. the cough drops aren't helping enough to get rid of the irritation. Usually allergy meds work but they aren't working this time.

You do go through quite a bit, I wish I could tell you something helpful.
I have found the only coughdrrops that work for me are the halls eucalyptus. They have double the menthol in them. At least the sugar free ones do. Other than that, I allready told you about the nasal rinses. Some people use a netti pot, I use the nelimed. I've had sinus surgery twice, and that is what my sinus Dr told me to do. I rarely have sinus drainage or even colds now.
But you have to do what your comfortable with. But sinus drainage is just the worst.
I watched NFL football, KC vs Baltimore, for the first time since Colin took a knee, but only to get a glimpse of Tailor Swift.

I use nasal rinses but they don't seem to ever do much. They can't ever seem to get up far enough. Some days I want to get one of those dental suction tools and just hoover out my sinuses. LOL. It hasn't been as bad the past couple of days. My nose has still been making all sorts of weird sounds when I'm trying to sleep though.
Can't remember if it was yesterday or the day before but I took out all the trash from the bathrooms and kitchen. My brother had compressed the kitchen trash so the bag didn't want to come out of the can and stuff spilled out when I was trying to get it out. So I swept up the floor afterward. I also cleaned up the hallway. My brother is forever kicking empty bottles and trash out of his room into the hallway and it gets in Mom's way so I had to clean it up. Today I decided to clean out the other side of the kitchen sink. I'd only been using one side. My brother piled so much junk in it that I couldn't keep up with washing it and didn't know where to put it. So I found a big round tub in the hallway, cleaned it up and took everything out of the sink and put it in there. I rinsed most of it, but will have to go back and clean things more thoroughly afterward. There are rust spots in the sink and there were spiders and strange red bugs in there. I put the bugs down the garbage disposal and turned it on. I'm taking a little break before I do more cleaning in the kitchen.
