Dual Shower Heads - Want Full Pressure on Both - do I need 2 Mix Valves & 2nd Set of H/C Supply Lines ?

Hi there

Doing complete shower tear out & redo.

Wanted to have dual shower heads, but heard I would only get 1/2 pressure feed out of each head.

So, wondering how to get full pressure out of each shower head?

Do I need to have seperate Mix Valves, & a 2nd set of additional new 1/2" copper pipe H/C water supply lines to the 2nd Mix Valve?

Will this achieve more, or less
Full water pressure from each shower head ?

Or, can anyone suggest how I might accomplish this ?

Install two separate mixing valves ( shower faucets)

Make sure you have 3/4” pipe mains and bring 1/2” to each shower faucet.
