Well Cap Seal information needed..

Anyone have information on my well cap, see pictures..

I need to replace the seal and i am not sure what type this is or what to get.

That's and old Baker Monitor. They still make them.

Problem is the casing should be sticking up 18". That cap vents from under the edge and is sucking in stuff like it is.

are there options available to raise it all 18", that doesn't involve welding?

When I needed to raise one I bought a no-hub connector and a short piece of pipe, working fine.

Some people call those "no-hub connectors" a Fernco. They are not very strong to support well casing. Welding is best, but something like this compression coupling may work.
