Cut cpvc to a tee in tight space

I am adding water lines to my cpvc in our basement to.add a sink. we have access to water lines but I am wondering how we can place a tee in the cpvc as there is not much flex in the cpvc as they are strapped in. I plan to attach pex to these lines

Loosen up a few straps?

Sorry, I meant to say j hooks are keeping the cpvc are very tight on the overhead studs. Would loosening the hook, make the cpvc more flexible to insert a tee? Thanks

Yes, removing the cpvc hooks should make quick work for installing a tee.
