Oh, I know... just brought to mind that show and all the laws in Texas. I repeat, I would never hunt or fish down there. Crazy laws.

Never had duck ... or goose. Heard it was like chicken but more greasy.

Very, very greasy and even the white meat is not dry. We also collect all the rendered fat and use it for cooking, lubricating wheel bearings, etc.

What's that saying, "A man with more than one watch never really knows what time it is"? Well, my daughter gave me a gift of another goll-darned clock I have to set twice a year. It was made in Ukraine and, when I saw it, I thought immediately of @Zanne and her bevy of kitties who, no doubt, would have taken the clock out on first sight. See pic:
