Vintage drainboard sink drain

Our old sink drain that is on a vintage sink has rusted, it is a 1 PC sink and drain....how to make stainer stop leaking

I got this Grey....Replace it with a new unit. Anything else is a band-aid and a temporary fix.
you could use that two part epoxy paste you mix and patch over the area/hole but give it time, it will leak again.
All jokes aside we need pictures to help brother cant do nothing if we don't see what's wrong... us pipe doctors cant fix if we don't see the patient.
