Can I use a street 90 in the wall with a 2"x 1 1/2" reducer or does the wall 90 have to be long turnThe second sketch shows the P-trap connecting to a combo wye which is not to code. That fitting needs to be a Sanitary tee. I assume you are putting the AAV in the attic because you don't want to put an access box in the wall. I think I would rather have the AAV under the sink in the trap arm like the first sketch as opposed to in the attic. If you did that, you could then use a combo fitting or a Sanitary tee for that drain connection to the vertical drain line.
How would you do it in your house then? Those air valves just need to be accessible, either outside in the cabinet or access panel when its in the wall cavity. I don't want to say anything about the pipework but wouldn't install it like that in my house but it should still work fine.

With the AAV under the sink, you can use a regular 1/4 bend, i.e. 90. If you can find the following item, it would be the easiest to use. Otherwise, you can use a 1 1/2" or 2" 90 with the reducer in the appropriate place. Can I use a street 90 in the wall with a 2"x 1 1/2" reducer or does the wall 90 have to be long turn
