Didnt find this kind of WC on google, i wanted to clean it, but it doesnt flush anymore...unscrewing the cap messed it up, no idea how to fix it👀

Greetings. My grandparents came from Latvia.
There may be a replaceable rubber part somewhere. Can be a mess.
Unfortunately, those mechanisms are oft-times best off being replaced.

You have a few adjustment knobs which appear to be bottomed out. Try reversing what you did, so the toilet will at least be able to flush.
