Unidentified shower lever, Can you identify please?

What is this shower level model please? See two pics attached here.
Does anyone know?
I want to replace this with different color (black or bronze oil), but I can't figure out this handle manufacturer, in order to buy replacement part or even trim.
It does not pull forward (no control of volume of water), it just turns counterclockwise 90 degrees to turn on and hot. And turn it back 90 degrees to make it cold or off.

pretty sure you have a Delta shower valve.
Seats and springs should be inside the valve body.
The handle comes off with allen screw.
