Hi Everyone,

I was having a showing and heard some clunking noise and the water stopped running to the shower head.

I took out the diverter valve (top) and no issues there. However, I don't know how to remove the thermostatic mixing valve. In the picture there is a slot on the right side of the plastic that you can see with the exact same slot on the left side. Is there a special tool that I need or some DIY way of getting it out?

Thanks,
