Sink plumbing help needed

Good day everyone!

I just bought a 104 year old farm house with some interesting plumbing under the kitchen sink. I have attached a picture of the current situation. This is much newer than the house, but I am wondering how you all would fix this. I have a stripped connecter that is leaking at the left sink and figured i may as well fixe the S-trap issue and anything else that might be of issue here.

This is one way to do it.

But I kinda like this one better.


Of course, after the P-trap, you will need the same Sanitary tee and AAV as in the first picture.
