Shower vented after multiple turns

I have a question about his shower being vented at this 3" vent. A. Is this vent too far, and B. can it have this many turns before it vents?

The sink would need to be vented and that would make the shower wet vented.

The 3” vent wouldn’t work by itself.

The sink is indeed vented and connects to the 3" vent higher up the stack. So this would make this shower drain work?

Yes, the shower would be wet vented up the sink drain and then through the sink dry vent.
