Sewer Eject Pump not working

Hello Guys.
Need some advise.
Outside of my house i have a sewer eject pump pit and it overflows i have open the cover and noticed that pump is not working, and it constantly trips the circuit breaker. What can be an issue?

The pump model is Myers SG11200
They have been discontinued so i do not know if parts can be ordered for it.

P.S. Also what would be an estimate to replace the unit? Labor and cost.

If it's tripping the breaker, either the motor is seized/jammed or there's a short in the wiring. The pump will have to be taken out to be diagnosed.
