Removal/Replacement of glued in preasure reducing valve

My preasure reducer appears to be glued in and not screwed in for easy replacement (like I have seen in several videos). Any advice on removing and replacing this?

No it's threaded in if you cut it on one or both sides and install a union and maybe ball valves on each siide it will be easy next time
