Oh wow look at this nasty toilet flange 2” below the floor. It had worms crawling around in the nasty water it was holding. I put a few cups of bleach in my shop vac then suck all that out.
The toilet was off to one side too. Plumber missed his rough in.

Honey, that plumber has been here a while and he’s making a lot of noise in the bathroom.
Honey, I just looked over the plumbers shoulder snd there’s a big hole in the floor......He told me to go sit down and stay out of the way. 
Honey, the plumbers finished and now he says we can get the floor replaced and he will come back and install our new toilet. He wants a check or cash for today’s work.
My waters not hot, could you come find out why ? I know the HOT water heater is old and I think it’s leaking a little bit too. It’s in a little closet on the back of the house, I can’t get out there anymore since my hip surgery.

Here’s a water heater I was experimenting with a copper coil and a trash burn barrel for an outside shower. Stainless and pex with brass valves.
That yellow handles valve is 3/4 fip x male water hose threads.
