I sent the above pictures to Moen to help identify the model number with this reply:

"We have reviewed your picture and the paper holder is not a Moen product.

The attached document provides a list of additional faucet manufacturers that may be able to assist in identification.

Unfortunately, we are only familiar with Moen fixtures and could not confirm which one of our competitors manufactures the product in question."

Looks like a moen product they made about 20 yrs ago.

The moen “ rep “ who answered your question probably was probably in their underwear working from home and was in diapers 20 yrs ago.

Are you trying to get parts for an OLD TP holder?

I am trying to avoid drilling new holes in my ceramic tile. The mounting hardware is apporximately 6.3 inches on center apart with horizontal holes. Having a hard time finding that spec with new TP holders.

Buy the moen stuff and see if it interchanges. Your holder may be built by the same factory as the moen ones.
