New construction suggestions

We are building a house on some acreage. Our house will be 1700 ft from the meter. We are considering using either poly pipe or PEX to run our main line from the meter. Recommendations for size of pipe, which to use and what psi we will need would be greatly appreciated. We are in North Central Texas.
