Need Help with Locating Shut-Off Valve (Condo)

I need to shut off the water into my condo unit in order to fix a leaking bathtub faucet. I'm not able to find it within my unit but saw a valve outside by the garage doors on a common faucet. Can someone take a look at the attached photo and let me know if that's it? If it is, guess I'll have to coordinate with the other units in my building before shutting it off. Is that common? Thanks!

That gate valve under the spigot should shut off water into your condo only. If it shuts off your neighbors as well, then that is not it. Follow that pipe inside the garage and you might find your own shut off valve. I believe code required that every residence must have its own water shut off.
