Would like to check if these two options are code compliant and if its even necessary to ven the bathroom sink condidering it will be draining to a 45 to the shower which will be connected to a roof vent that is shared with the kitchen sink (kitcheen sink also has a mechanical vent)

Those air valves just need to be accessible, either outside in the cabinet or access panel when its in the wall cavity. I don't want to say anything about the pipework but wouldn't install it like that in my house but it should still work fine.

The second sketch shows the P-trap connecting to a combo wye which is not to code. That fitting needs to be a Sanitary tee. I assume you are putting the AAV in the attic because you don't want to put an access box in the wall. I think I would rather have the AAV under the sink in the trap arm like the first sketch as opposed to in the attic. If you did that, you could then use a combo fitting or a Sanitary tee for that drain connection to the vertical drain line.

Can I use a street 90 in the wall with a 2"x 1 1/2" reducer or does the wall 90 have to be long turn

your not going to hurt my feelings this is literally my first plumbing job just looking for the best way to install this

With the AAV under the sink, you can use a regular 1/4 bend, i.e. 90. If you can find the following item, it would be the easiest to use. Otherwise, you can use a 1 1/2" or 2" 90 with the reducer in the appropriate place.

Ok thanks

The aav in the attic is just temp until I connect to another roof vent also 1 1/2” if necessary would it be ok to connect 3 fixtures to one roof vent (kitchen sink, bathroom sink and shower drain) or just two of these and one aav? Thanks!

We don't install those AAV here we're in live. What we do is set a sanitary tee in the wall and slip joint pipe in 1 1/2" for under the sink. Everything in the wall is cast iron pipe and vent goes in 2" or 1 1/2" penetrative the roof 16" above the roof line and could have short/regular 90 degree bents but drains only long turns and 45, 22 degrees. The reason why is those AAV devices fail.

ok thanks i ended up using a sanitary tee in the wall and 1 1/2" up to the attic with a temp aav but will connect to roof vent later or install new roof vent- also was looking to see if i can add the bathroom sink vent that i just made with a horizonatl in the attic into the existing roof vent for the kitchen sink/dishwasher or does it need to be a seperate roof vent- the kitchne sink/dishwasher also has a mechanical vent already pluys a roof vent but was thinking of switching that roof vent over to the shower which would then have the shower plus bathroom sink onto one 1 1/2" galvanized roof vent

You really need to provide a sketch of all your plumbing and venting existing and planned with dimensions. Your questions are pretty hard to understand and answer without knowing all the facts. Using an AAV temporarily is something that is not normal AT ALL and would likely not be allowed by the AHJ, Authority Having Jurisdiction.
