Leaky sink Everytime I turn the water on ..

The first picture shows exactly where the water is leaking at . Everytime I turn hot or cold water on it goes through the faucet normally but it drips heavily from under the sink depending on how much pressure the water is turned on through the faucet. Sorry if my description is confusing

Are you referring to the middle hole containing your pop up stopper? If so, the bottom of faucet is rotted out. If you know which brand of faucet you purchased, and it is of quality, then they may send you a replacement. If not, then a new faucet is in your future. Can you take a pic of the faucet itself, and verify water is not dribbling down from the top?
