I just had a plumbing company come and bid $1300 to replace a faucet and angle stop. I am an older woman but I think I know enough to recognize an outrageous price. I have found a licensed local plumber that quoted a saner price and I offered to supply the faucet and angle stop. I didn't even know what an angle stop was, and I am unsure when I use the term I needed help so here I am. From posts I've read here advice seems sound.
