How do I remove faucet?

This faucet is leaking and I can't figure out how to to remove it? It is blocked in every direction by the taps, sink or window???

Hey Frodo appreciate the help.

I am in Australia and I was guessing about what you guys called a faucet which I thought was the water dispensing bit in the middle. It is leaking from this area whenever I turn either tap on.

.................unscrew it, repipe dope it, screw it back in
