Honeywell Braukman Pressure Regulator Valve

Hello
I have this DO5 regulator in my home and have for over 30 years. Whenever I flush a toilet or run the washing machine, the regulator chatters and the pipes vibrate. I have it set for 80 lbs. I've tried cleaning it to no avail. It apparently is so old that you can't but a repair kit. Any suggestions? If I have to replace it I can, but would rather go the simple route first. Thank you in advance.

I would replace it. Most residential pressure regulators aren't adjustable above 75psi. If you're getting 80+psi it has failed.

Rebuild kits are marginally successful anyway. Replacement is better even if rebuild kits are available, IMHO.
