HELP! Kitchen Faucet Aerator Removal

Anyone know how I remove the end of this to remove/replace the aerator?

Is that a hand held sprayer? Is so, I know of no way to disassemble one. I usually soak in CLR and toothbrush it clean.
 
i agree with those above that there is probably a manufactures specific round wrench that is available to remove the small central aerator. Also, as a monthly preventinve maintenance task, I insert a good quality round toothpick into each of the round holes in the silicone rubber and twist. I hate it when the individual spray outputs get skewed. And a good soak in CLR or vinegar is always a good idea.
