Help Identifying Tub Hot Water Stem

I need to replace this stem (or the entire faucet if I can’t find it) for a claw foot tub.

Does anyone know this brand/model? Many thanks for any help.

Yes, exactly - it’s stripped.

I doubt you’ll find it by looking online. Take it to a faucet specialty shop but I doubt they’ll have it.

It’s worth a shot to try I guess.
