Help identify garden tub fixtures

We have a garden tub with fixtures original to the house (built 1989-90). We've never used the tub; however, recently we checked the faucet to ensure that everything works as it should.

First, although both the hot and cold do work, the cold water only trickles - even when fully open.

Second, it takes a lot of force to fully close both the hot and cold. Otherwise, there's dripping from the faucet.

We're hoping that we can simply replace the old cartridges to solve the problems.

We've closely examined the fixtures, but there are no markings at all. I've attached a photo of the fixtures and ask if anyone recognizes who the manufacturer might be to post in response.

Pull the valves and examine. Not often do they need replacement.

Wow! That was fast! Thank you so much. We're installing a new shower handle in the near future which will require turning the water off to the house. So, at that time, we'll get to the valves. I'll upload a photo.
