My radiator sits too close to the wall on the vent side that I cannot fit a Danfoss Aveo / TRV in there by about 1.5 inches.
Does anyone make a smaller TRV for tight spaces? Or is there a more vertical TRV set up? Can the plug be repalced with a 1/8 nipple and reconfigure the TRV?
The right side screws into the vent hole.
The replaced vent screws into the pipe pointing uo.
The wall is on the left side.
Its about 5" long.
I need something shorter or sole type of vertical solution.

Thanks.

Per manufacturer those trv have to be mounted horizontal so the sensor gets proper airflow over it, they do have models with remote sensors for mounting vertically if required. Looks like the operator which is the white unit can be removed and installed on other RA valves. There should be a valve that fits your needs in there catalog. You could always call them and ask for help too.
