Wild water pressure fluctuation. Turning water on anywhere in house produces full flow (approx. 60-65lbs) at first, but drops to almost nothing within a few seconds. First thought is pressure regulator malfunction, but are there any other possible causes? Neighbors not having same issue, so not supply.
