This is the valve to the cold water to my two handle tub/shower with tub spout diverter (with handle removed). It's slowly dropping cold water out of the tub spout even in the fully closed position. (No other issues.) I'm trying to fix/replace it.
Unfortunately, I live in a condo building and worse, there is no water shutoff to my individual unit. The only way is to shut off water to our entire floor. Getting a shutoff window requires an act of Congress, so I haven't been able to shut off water and play around. I'm hoping someone recognizes this valve so I can buy a replacement or parts ahead of time, so I'm prepared when I do get my tiny window of water shut off to the entire floor. (I am considering putting a shutoff in my unit but that would require a pro, wall/ceiling demolition, and money.)
