I'm wondering if anyone recognizes this ball valve brand. I'd really want to avoid installing a new valve just for not having a handle 
I've included a few pictures to help visualize this.
This is the main-water ball valve that didn't have the handle when I bought the place. However, I've tried different ball valve handles but none are a fit. The problem appears to be that the 'stem' off the valve is not the same shape as the the ball valves I've seen. It's also weird that the stem is threaded from on the exterior as well as inside of it.
