Will a 4''x 80' then reduce to 3 '' for 20' then to 1'' be enought to push up 15' foot of head with 1'' pvc with gravity
there will be 4' of head from wher it starts at the 4''pvc to the 1'' pvc.
I will be using water from a creek that moves fast year around.

If the outlet is higher than the inlet, water will not flow without a pump, regardless of the pipe size.

Water pressure is .44PSI per foot of rise giving you 1.76 PSI. That will take a long time to fill a glass of water and won't flow through most toilet fill valves.

I'm not sure what the question was or why in the world someone would start with 4", go to 3" then to 1" for any reason with the lengths given.
