Can I adjust temperature on 3 handle shower faucet?

I really only turn on the hot water when I shower and while it does get hot I would like it a notch hotter on those winter days… and I know it’s not a water heater issue because the sinks do get almost scalding water. Is there a way to adjust this from the access panel behind it? I’m attaching a video of it. All I can find googling is for 1 handle showers and it’s totally unhelpful. So I came here hoping you have answers before I call a plumber. thank you!!

If you just turn on the hot water at the bathtub how hot does it get on the Fahrenheit temp scale ?

Maybe the piston is not fully isolating. delve into the product literature from PPP who make the pressure balancing valve. or contact a rep.
