I have a frost proof faucet on front of house. The water pressure appears fine until a nozzle is attached to the hose. When attached all pressure is lost. If I use my thumb to block the hose end, the water stops. I checked for leaks and none were found. I replaced all the washers last fall. Any ideas why this happens?
