Water heater supply lines

I have a water heater and the hot and cold supply lines are the shark bite style. I don’t exactly trust them in that instance though they haven’t leaked yet from the time we moved in last year. I am wanting to find 18in copper supply lines with a pex fitting at the top. Is there anywhere to purchase something like this, or do you have to make them. Any suggestions are appreciated. I am looking for something like the attached image but in just straight sections or with a ball valve.

The OP appears to be in Ohio, so probably not relevant there, but in California, and I'm guessing some other earthquake prone states, supply lines and gas lines must be flexible. The tank must also be strapped. Why both? A strapped tank can still move enough to cause problems for a rigid supply line in an earthquake.
