urinal supply size

I need to know what section of code says urinals can be supplied by 3/4" , 12 " long max (When main supply pipe is off main 1-1/4)

look in your code book chapter 6 table 6-4 of the upc

i have never seen a urinal supplied by anything but 3/4....
