Hello All,
I've got this weird issue where if I only turn on an upstairs shower, the temperature fluctuates drastically back and forth. But when I turn on a downstairs faucet and leave it running, and then turn on the upstairs shower at the same time, the temperature is stable. Issue happens with both upstairs showers.
My tankless water heater is a Noritz N-069-M and I can see through the maintenance monitor the exact temperature of the water output. During fluctuation, it goes from 108F - 130F but when the faucet is on, it stays at the 115F which I have it set at.
I've had the plumber come out to check gas pressures, fan, and everything else with the Noritz and he can't seem to figure it out. Any ideas?
