Underground Black Poly Pipe- is it trouble?

I am looking at a property with underground black poly piping from the road to the building.

Is this a problematic piping like some other poly?

It can be. Don't see it much around here. Years ago we serviced a property that had a lot of town homes that had that black poly pipe. Difficult to find parts to fix it.

Black service line should only require Mueller fittings. Or is that not common down there?
