Trying to get cartridge out

Hi Everyone,

My cold water side is causing a faucet drip and Im trying to figure out how to take out the handle to get to the cartridge. I unscrewed the top piece but the handle is not coming out. The faucet set says Wentworth England but cant seem to find any information on line on it. Afraid to pull it too hard and cause more damage. Any thoughts greatly appreciated!

Squirt some penetrating oil in the hole and see it that will help. If not you will have to go buy a handle
puller.

Try putting a adjustable wrench loosely under the handle,with another wrench tapup and see what happens

Another thought is grab the chrome bell escutcheon under the handle and see if it spins counter clock wise
