Toilet WDV

Does the toilet flange need to connect to a closet bend for a 90 degree turn? I connected mine to a 1/8 bend then 6" run of 3" PVC then another 1/8 bend to ease waste flow. The inspector will do a progress inspection but I prefer to fix it before he comes.

Not sure what your asking. A 1/4 bend is a 90*. If you have the room two 45* would be a better choice.
