I'm installing a Shower/Bath Set

I can't seem to find out what the measurements are for the valve body for a new rough in that has a bathtub / shower set up. (I've seen a lot of different measurements when searching)

I have a Kingston Brass 60" Drop In Acrylic Soaking Tub and Moen U232CIS valve body. What is the correct distance the valve body off the floor or is it off the top of the tub or is does it matter? I will hardly ever use the tub so if I place it where it more comfortable while stand using the shower will that make it difficult to use when sitting in the tub?

I'm installing wall tile so another question should the mud cap be flush with the 1/2 cement board or the tile (probably a silly question as it says flush with the finished wall but I'm no plumber and want to be sure the trim kit works with no issues)

I also have a hand shower kit looking for the correct height of that also.

Always read the directions that come with a faucet. Some set ups have max distance the spout can be from the valve and specifies what type pipe that can be used between the valve and spout. This may or may not apply to your install.
