Im having a problem with my water coming out from a specific faucet.
I live in a condominium building, and only this one faucet has the problem, Every 30 mins or so (approx) the water that comes out for the first few seconds smells very bad, and chemically. The water itself is clear.
The last time i re-did my bathroom (where the faucet is) was over 3 years ago, and have had no issues whatsoever with the water quality.
I know the unit above me start to do some construction, and don't know if that has anything to do with it, but i assume it does.
Any idea what the problem is/could be?
Generally, how much would it cost for a plumber to come take a look at this problem for me?
