I currently have a single handle kitchen sink faucet. I came home last night to find water on my kitchen floor. After inspecting, I found that the leak is coming from the hot water line, clear up past the mounting hardware. Before I get under there and take the whole thing apart, is this something I can repair or do I need a whole new faucet? I have attached a picture to give a bit more clarity. The leak is coming from somewhere inside the area circled in blue.

If it’s what you say it is then I’d replace the faucet. It’s not worth removing, repairing and reinstalling, even if it was repairable.
Unless it’s a high $ faucet or it’s a matching set.

Replace it., you don't want to repair it., then come home to a flood from it running constantly from the repair.

Without getting up in there, how do you know it’s the hot water line?

if the leak is constant and not going away take the advice here and replace.

But if you just see small amounts of water it possible that the gasket is shot, the faucet isn’t as tight to the countertop as it should be, because the faucet lock ring needs to be tightened and the locked with the screws.
