Shower not getting water

All sinks have hot and cold. Two other showers have hot and cold. Washing machine as hot and cold. All toilets are working properly. One shower (master) is not getting any water. Could this be a pipe that has burst? Doesn't really make sense as the sink in that bathroom as well as the toilet have water and are working properly.

If the shower valve (faucet) is installed in or close to an exterior wall and you are located where the outside temperature are very low the water lines to the shower valve could be frozen.
