I need to ID a shower cartridge so I can purchase a replacement. Usually I would call a plumber to fix this but this is for a place on a remote Bahamian island that is not really an option :) I also do not notice a retaining clip so any help with removal instructions would be helpful as well... I have attached a picture of the wall plate as well which indicates a brand of "Premier", however, considering they like to replace things with random other things down there that may not have any bearing on the actual brand of cartridge.

A little more information, water turns on by handle rotation only (no pull out)

Premier faucets was the house brand for Barnett Brass a plumbing supplier. Barnett may be out of business.

You’ll have to finish removing the trim and maybe the cartridge itself to locate a replacement, IF it’s available.
