Hey everyone, this is my first post! my name is Heather, and I have a question and I hope someone can help me out!
I have a shower/bath combination, and something is obviously wrong because out of the spout, I have boiling hot water coming out at all times...including when the showerhead is on (at this time nothing should be coming out of spout)..as a result (not sure why) it takes an extremely long time to get hot water to come out of the showerhead..but it does eventually come!
my question is...why is the hot water always coming out of the bath spout/faucet and how come it takes so long for hot water to come out of the showerhead? these problems started happening simultaneously.
