I wasent sure if this should be a sewage tanks or pumps so I went general.

A have a camper on my property that I would like to be able to use as an apartment. I would like to set up a sewage ejector basin but am having a really hard time figuring out what size pump and piping I need. I would like to go a cheap as possable. I dont have a lot of money and its not perminant. The basin would be about 200' From the sewage line and 10' down grade. If I can I would like to get away with 2" black poly plastic pipe. It is cheap and couldent have any hard elbows to cause extra friction. There is a shower, sink, and toilet. Its just 2 people that are working most of the time. I dont think it would get much use. no more than an average basment bathroom. Would something like this work?

And I am sorry if this has been asked before. I did search and didnet find a really applicable answer. I have read a dozzen papers, threads, how-to's and I get different answers from all of them.

I do need to bury it about 4 feet. I live in maine so it needs to be below the frost line. The one I linked to was shorter but a bigger pump. Would it work or is the pump too big.

It can freeze if it sets for long periods of time. But in most cases it won't. Septic thanks are set just below grade and they don't freeze. I would be more concerned with the line on the discharge side. That could be a problem if not piped correctly.
