I noticed water leaking onto my basement's floor yesterday only to find out it's from the toilet's septic pump which i posted a pic of below after opening wall. I don't have a snake to fix the clog is there anyway to open the tank and fix the clog?

There is a small river in my basement from the toilet's pump to the basement's sump pump, not much water but must be fixed asap. Safe way to clear the clog in the pump/toilet?

Thank you, appreciate any help

Thats the best I could do, its a rectangular tank. Side pipe running from shower drain, the 2 ontop im not sure which is going in/out? How would I tell?

THe toilet is clogged and bad water all over the floor, not sure what to do

if you are at the point where sweage is on the floor and are unable to diagnose the inlet/outlet I think its time you called a plumber to come and fix this issue.
