Salon sink drain

I bought a sav-901 salon sink and cabinet used. She gave me a box full of plumbing for it, but it's missing part of the drain assembly I think. Any ideas on how I can connect a tail pipe? I am totally inexperienced with plumbing, so I'm not sure if I'm just missing something.

Can you show all the parts it came with? Looks like a regular flanged tail piece with top hat washer would work.
