I have received a lot of conflicting advise on reddit so I figured I would come to a real plumbing forum
I am in the process of adding a shower to an upstairs bathroom. in this image the 2" air vent used to have a sink attached half way up. I just removed it and am in the process of adding a shower. I've been told by a few plumber to use a Santee at this connection and that this would pass inspection. don't worry about angles etc.. I suck at drawing with the free software, I know I need to keep the 1/4 slop per foot which shouldn't be an issue. I more need to know if I can use a santee like this.
