Hi Everyone,
I just installed a Rinnai RUCS65ip model a few weeks ago in my garage to run my hydronic heated floors. I have had it running for a few weeks now without issue but just recently I keep getting a code 12. When the unit first fires up, I get a nice blue flame across all my burners and everything appears to be working fine. After about 10 minutes of running, I notice that a couple rows of burners are out. Eventually all the burners go out and the code 12 appears. I can restart the unit, all burners come on fine again, but again, after some time the same issue happens. Any thoughts?
